  Whitney Store

  This room was used by Joseph and Emma to entertain and also as Joseph's office.  Many revelations in the Doctrine and Covenants were received in this room.

  Original floor boards, very cool.

  Joseph and Emma's bedroom where she gave birth to Joseph Smith III.

  This rug is oiled cloth that was painted to look like a weaved rug. This is a baby cradle and inside is a metal baby bottle.  These are in the Whitney home next door to the store.
